A house??

Okay I went to dinner last night with Erik, Ryan and Tristin (what a cool name for a way cool lady) and they convinced me to buy their house. She found out there was a way to put a clause in their listing so that if I decided to buy it then we'd bypass all the realtor paperwork and so the time constraint (her realtor was going out of town next week so she was pressuring her to list it by Friday) was relaxed a bit. And the best thing is that their kitchen has an island!
